Warrenville, Illinois - Power Trends, Inc. has just introduced a new series of 30 Watt, non- isolated Integrated Switching Regulators (ISRs). Offering a wide input voltage range of 20 to 60V, the PT3300 is ideal for distributed power applications utilizing 24, 28, or 48V bus architectures. Engineers will be pleased with the flexibility the PT3300 provides due to its availability in three fixed output voltages: +3.3V/8A, +5.0V/6A, or +12V/2.5A. Moreover, with the addition of an external resistor, the output voltage can be easily adjusted from 90% to 110% of its fixed value.

The PT3300 was designed with many user-friendly features including an output inhibit function, remote sense, current limit, short-circuit protection and over-temperature shutdown. Housed in a 19-pin SIP package, the PT3300 is available in vertical through-hole (3" x 0.6" x 1") and horizontal through-hole and surface-mount (3" x 1.5" x 0.6") configurations. Samples are now available.
